Enabling the autofill function on your phone / smart device will make your life a little easier for you as you won’t need to enter the same information every time you scan an item!


These instructions may vary from phone to phone or OS or version. Please use them as a guide:


iOS

Safari

To turn on Safari’s AutoFill feature and options, tap Home, and then tap Settings ➪ Safari ➪ Passwords & AutoFill to display the AutoFill settings screen. 

Names and Passwords: Tap the option On





Android

Android Oreo introduces a new dedicated Autofill function.


You go to Settings > System > Languages & input > Advanced > Input assistance > Autofill service and choose the app you want to use to fill in forms and login fields.




Samsung

Enabling Autofill on Stock Browser

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Touch Internet.
  3. Touch the Menu Key.
  4. Tap Settings, then scroll to and tap Autofill forms.
  5. Check the box next to the Autofill forms.
  6. Tap the Back Key.
  7. Tap Privacy.
  8. Check the box next to Remember passwords.

Enabling Autofill on Chrome Browser

  1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
  2. Touch the Menu Key.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Autofill forms.
  5. Tap the Autofill forms slider from Off to On.
  6. Tap the Back Key.
  7. Tap Save passwords.
  8. Tap the Save passwords slider from Off to On.
