Follow the instructions below to clear your cache.
iOS
Safari
- To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
- To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
In the Chrome app
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app .
- At the top-right, tap More .
- Tap History Clear browsing data.
- Make sure that there’s a tick mark next to 'Cookies, site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
- Tap Clear browsing data.
Android
In the Chrome app
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
- At the top right, tap More .
- Tap History Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to 'Cookies and site data' and 'Cached images and files', tick the boxes.
- Tap Clear data.
Computer
In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top-right, click More .
- Click More tools Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files', tick the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
If you block cookies or use content blockers, some web pages might not work.
Here are some examples:
- You might not be able to sign in to a site using your correct username and password.
- You might see a message that cookies are required or that your browser's cookies are off.
- Some features on a site might not work.
- Your username and password / PIN may not save.
Please consider allowing cookies and turning off any content blockers (or adjust the settings) to allow proper functionality.
